[Application] It is mainly used in gold mine with silver mineral. After purifying and deoxidizing the precious liquid, zinc powder replacement device is used to obtain gold sludge.

 

Zinc powder replacement process includes three steps: purification of precious liquid, deoxidation and replacement-filtration.

1. Purification of precious liquid

Principle: The precious liquid containing gold often contains some suspended substances, which must be removed before replacement, so as to avoid the effect of replacement and the quality. Purification of precious liquid is the process of removing suspended substances.

1. deoxygenation

Principle: Dissolved oxygen in your solution will affect replacement processing. Oxygen must be removed from the solution to ensure the smooth progress of zinc replacement gold.

1. Displacement-filtration

Principle: It includes two operations, zinc powder addition and replacement. When zinc powder is fed into the solution, the replacement reaction begins, and the replacement equipment completes the final replacement and the filtration of the gold mud.
