[Introduction] The gravity separation equipment for mineral separation is based on the principle of different sedimentation velocities of minerals in vertical alternating flow.

[Application] The jigger is a fixed sieve type. It is suitable for separating metal ores, such as tungsten-bearing and gold-bearing placers and tin concentrates. It can be used for separating fine and coarse materials. The maximum feed size is 6-8 mm.

[Improvement] The sawtooth wave jigger uses conical slide valve, which has low failure rate and low energy consumption. It can meet the separation needs of different materials and improve the processing capacity by more than 35%.

Structure
