Walled Belt Conveyor

[Introduction] It is used to transport small rocks, granules, powders, pastes and other materials which are easy to disperse.
[Capability] 7-1700t/h
[Application] It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal, chemical industry, electric power, water conservancy and other industries. It is used to uniformly, continuously or quantitatively feed bulk granular and powdery materials from silos or funnels to recieving machine, as well as for automatic proportioning, quantitative packaging, etc. It can also be used in automatic control processes to realize the automation of production processes.
[Improvement] 1. electromagnetic vibration. 2. Feeding quantity can be adjusted at any time.

1. The angle can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0 and 90 degrees.

Structure
The conveyor is mainly composed of conveyor belt, driving device, driving drum, reversing drum, pressure pulley, idler, cleaning device, tensioning device, frame, guide trough, discharge chute, electrical and safety protection device, among which driving device, transmission drum, reversing drum, tensioning device, various frame, guide trough, discharge chute, electrical and safety protection device are same with traditional belt conveyor.
