Chute Feeder

[Introduction] Feeding equipment with periodic reciprocating motion, used for continuous feeding of bulk materials.

[Application] The feeder is suitable for short distance transportation of bulk materials with particle size less than 400 mm. It is widely used in mining, construction, chemical industry, cement and building materials industries.
[Improvement] According to the user's requirements, the motor can be changed into a speed-regulating motor in order to adjust the feeding capacity.

Structure
The chute feeder is generally installed under the discharge port of the bin. The ore falls into the leaky plate at the bottom of the feeder. The bottom leaky plate is set on the roller. The leaky plate is connected with the double-outlet reducer through the eccentric mechanism, and then connected with the motor through the coupling. When working, the reducer is driven by the motor through the coupling, and the eccentric disc and the leaky disc of the equipment between the bottom of the trough frame and the roller reciprocate in a straight line motion, so as to complete the uniform feeding.
