[Introduction] An intermittent pressurized filtration equipment is suitable for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions. Advantages
 

1. The filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene moulding, with high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, non-toxicity and tasteless.
2. Automatic pulling plate, using electrical system control, hydraulic system control or computer automatic control.
3. Hydraulic device is used as the power mechanism to press and loosen the filter plate. The maximum pressure is 25 MPa, and the pressure is automatically maintained by electric contact pressure gauge.
4. Use the maximum pressure of 1.0 MPa to ensure the optimum conditions for cake formation and pressure filtration.
5. The operation is simple, safe and labor-saving. The operation is realized through the buttons on the control board, which is equipped with a variety of safety devices to ensure the safety of operators.

Structure
The way of filtrate outflow is clear flow filtration and dark flow filtration. Open-flow filtration: The outlet hole under each filter plate is equipped with a water nozzle, and the filtrate flows directly from the water nozzle. Underflow filtration: There are outlet holes under each filter plate. The outlet holes of several filter plates are connected to form an outlet channel, which is discharged by the pipeline connected with the outlet holes under the thrust plate. Washing method: When the cake needs washing, there are one-way washing and two-way washing, dark current one-way washing and two-way washing.
