Submerged Spiral Classifier

[Introduction] Classifier equipment with overflow end helix immersed under liquid level.
[Capability] 50-1410 t/d
[Application] Spiral blades at the overflow end are all immersed below the overflow surface, which is mainly suitable for ore classification with overflow size of 0.15-0.07 mm.
[Improvement] The automatic lifting device for sand return is added to the sand return end, which can cancel the configuration of the big spoon of the ball mill and make the ball mill run more smoothly.

Structure

Solid particles have different sizes and specific gravities, so the settling speed in liquid is different. Fine particles float in water and overflow out of tank. Coarse particles sink at the bottom of the trough and are pushed upward by spiral.
