[Introduction] Disc vacuum filter is a device that uses vacuum as filtering power to separate solid and liquid from slurry. It is suitable for dewatering non-ferrous metal concentrate and fine material.

[Application] Dewatering operations in non-ferrous metal concentrates, fine materials, coal washery, non-metallic mines, chemical industry and environmental protection industries.

Structure
Disc vacuum filter is composed of several fan-shaped discs. Each fan-shaped sheet is a separate filter unit, and the filter cloth is sheathed on the fan-shaped sheet to form a filter chamber. The filter disc is driven by a motor. The filter disc rotates clockwise. The slurry in the filter chamber forms pressure difference on both sides of the filter medium by means of vacuum pump in the adsorption area. the agitator rotates to prevent solid precipitation. After the filter cake leaves the liquid surface, it continues to dehydrate under the action of vacuum. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is discharged from the distribution head through the filter tube. The filter cake is discharged into the discharging trough by back-blowing in the discharging area, and the whole operation is carried out in a continuous cycle.
